weeknotes 32.52
okay lets get the meta blogposting talk out of the way and say despite part of me wanting to change weeknotes to tuesday to match up with my birthday next week i think i will keep it monday because i'm going to feel left out if i switch days. weeknotes on mondays just feels Right. i was going to link some of my favorite posts from this past year but i realized some posts have some broken images... i need to fix it... i should do a lot of things like update the blog layout.
i actually don't have much to say this week, which is typical of the weeks that i work 4 days instead of 3. i'm in the middle of doing a lot of errands and chores which feels like the wrong word when you're an adult and its just normal housekeeping. so i will make it quick this week!!
- i tried to get ninajirachi tickets for one of the three days of shows in sf and i failed. queued up in line for 52 mins to see "no tickets available" fun!
- i wrote out 15 postcards. so any irl friends reading this, please look out for mail soon!!
- i bought 3 books from the fitzcarraldo 40% off sale. the three books were septology by jon fosse, the years by annie ernaux and fifty sounds by polly barton. i have only read 18 books this year. i have a problem. no more except on the calculation of volume 5 this year... please dont let me buy anymore... (next week night might bring me to a bookstore for my bday and that is excused because he is buying) this is a lot of money for someone with a library card...
- i finally bought my photo printer home from work and started printing out some photos!! i loveee bringing this printer to parties/get togethers and having people print out photos.
- bumper to bumper this has been on my mind so much lately
- some good news at work, hopefully this good news leads to more money for me. i dont care any other way.
- venues should have dirty sodas instead of just Alcohol and canned water
- sayonara lara finished!! i really loved the ikuhara feel but maybe i should just rewatch penguindrum. at the end mari should've said 'さよならララ' i think i just expected more from the ending. its a good ending for the story i just wanted more.
