i actually dont have much to say today!! its been one of those weeks where i havent done anything worth sharing.

i've been looking at ravelry for patterns but yarn stores near me have anti-mariah hours. i mostly need needles, but i cannot grasp needle length and comfort from measurements from the internet. i need to hold them. i do also need yarn though lol. do i even know how to knit anymore? i'm hoping its kind of like a rubiks cube where i actually dont know what i'm doing but my hands remember. i also need to figure out what i want to knit so i can buy the correct weight. i was going to go today, but i slept in until 1pm and the day is basically over. the yarn store closest to me is literally open only the days i work from 11 to 5pm... okay :) will i share knitting patterns? maybe after i make something and then give it away as a gift.

i also need to start looking into hikes for zion and canyonlands!! hiking in utah in september. i havent done a hike in so long since i kind of hate summer hiking unless were up in the mountains. the one hike i did at zion was angels landing in december. and i cant swim so the narrows also kind of intimidate me!! i have no idea about anything in canyonlands though. excited to have some time off to do something!!

yeah i dont really have anything to mention. i've spent most of this week really tired from the heat. i cant even talk about anime because its mid-season. although your name (the only good shinkai movie) is getting a 10th anniversary theatrical release which i kind of want to watch...
