vibe: iced ginger tea cuz i feel sick and i know the hot water would help but i want to chew ice when i'm done with it. nick is sleeping so no music, but lately obsessed with ozzga
gas was $5.70 this week. :) nick hasnt broken any strings. and my coworker has changed his gambling habits... he stopped tracking it on our board. still gambling.
this week was kind of rough lol... my moms mom fell down the stairs and broke her hip. partial hip replacement and gonna be in the hospital for a while. yeah so thats been a lot. then work is awful because it was my long week (also payday week), and quarter end which means its busy af for other other but that means they all bug me for help. so work sucked, coming home sucked because its always difficult to come to terms with aging.
anyways... what did i do besides that?? idk!!! i started making zines again. i mean i printed out one version but i need to re-format some things and do test prints on my work printer to save money on ink... lol i also forgot to bring home the paper cutter i have at my desk.
since the year is half over i've been trying to reassess basically everything. like finances, and nick and i going through our things and trying to find new uses and life for things. also having him move so much of his music gear to the studio so we can have more space. and now i can buy clothes. i also need to separate my summer and winter clothes, its fully summer i've just been slacking. and i've also gained enough weight that i could probably size up. and i outlined some goals and little projects but those are secret because at least 2 of these things are surprise gifts. if i really had energy i would start knitting again.
nathan and i are cooking up one last trip together this year to burn through his PTO...
i was going to go hiking today but my friend ended up going to the ER, shes fine, but no more hiking today. i haven't gone hiking all year... so i feel like i've wasted my whole day. i'm going to take a shower and cut my bangs. i need to finish typing up my copenhagen blog post... i said by the end of june and that is tomorrow... oops
