hi i have no good excuse for being late this week other than being tired. i honestly really hate skeeter syndrome because its barely june and i've already had 3 reactions lol. its miserable.
the vibe is drinking iced coffee, eating cherry almond cake. i'm technically on the clock rn.
gas was $5.99!!! its only a matter of time before we reach the danger zone so i'm going to appreciate the drop before gas is impossible to get
i actually cant say anything else. i'm sorry but because this is two days late already i'm just gonna post as quickly as possible. i have more things to link, but i'm lazy. i know i have more things to say but i think its encouraging me to procrastinate. also working from home is super hard because i think of all the other things i could be doing but unfortunately i concentrate at work much better. but working from home because i get pulled into too many things when i'm on site its hard for me to regain my focus. so really, i suck and i'm not meant to work and i should quit my job.
on thursday justin and i saw VR le sserafim "concert". it was kind of weird!! very funny for the staff to be like "does anyone work at meta? i don't care what you think you know" and then tell us how to use the VR headset. i had to do no glasses because the VR headset hurts with glasses on... it hurt for like 3 days because i tried for the first half. and VR "concerts" are kind of ruined because of camera work. you're TOO close to them if you like watching whole group choreo. but after like 5 minutes of this i felt so yucky because of how creepy it felt. i'd probably go again though ahahah. its not really a concert, its a separate thing. the photo card i got was kazuha though.
after the "concert" we ate and because lemonade by aespa just came out an hour prior we started to listen to the album and when they said "i aint got no ETA" i joked like "oh ETA by newjeans" which is a common gag for justin and i to reference any kpop group song. so when i watched the mv it was so nice to see the ETA dance move. i miss newjeans so much. i love the styling also. i love winters cunty little hats.
i saw inji at the castro theatre. last time i was there was to see kikagaku moyo in 2021 which was the first post covid show i went to. its nice after the remodel, proximity to muni makes it top tier. it was nice with the seats dont get me wrong, but seated shows kind of suck especially for old theaters where standing and sitting both suck. (and its topical because of kikagaku moyo but, go kurosawa KEXP set) anyways inji was really fun!!!! i was curious to see what kind of stage set up it would be. this would be a fun show at DNA lounge... i forgot to tell nick that i was going despite it being on the calendar and he called me a concert warrior. don't worry, i wont go to any this next week.
okay i feel guilty for bloggin on the clock. wasnt the first time, and wont be the last but i feel guilt at least.
